When do I receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. When you place your order, the estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly displayed. After your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with the same delivery information. The shipping timeframe shown during checkout will always match what appears on your order confirmation.

I now see a longer delivery time for my order. How can I cancel it?

If your order shows a longer delivery time than expected, you can absolutely cancel all or part of your order. Simply contact our customer service team and they'll process the cancellation for you immediately. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within two working days. Please note that once an order has been dispatched (after the 4 working day processing period), it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

After you complete your purchase, you won't automatically receive an invoice via email. However, you can easily access your invoice in two ways:

Option 1: Log into your Madam K account and visit your order history. From there, you can view and download invoices for all your orders.

Option 2: Contact our customer service team and they can email you a copy of your invoice directly.

All invoices are generated immediately after payment is confirmed, so they're always available when you need them for your records.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Madam K only ships within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve our international customers in the future. Please check back with us for updates on international shipping availability.

What are your shipping options within the USA?

We offer several convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day. Shipping times begin after your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Which states do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to US territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and military APO/FPO addresses.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't been dispatched yet (within the 4 working day processing period). Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your new address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping only. Express and overnight shipping options require a physical street address as they cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. You can also log into your Madam K account to view tracking information for all your orders.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

We partner with reliable carriers and fully insure all shipments. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your products, whether through a replacement shipment or full refund.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. For health and safety reasons, opened wellness products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team or log into your Madam K account and select "Return Item" from your order history. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions. Please include your order number when contacting us to expedite the process.
